Artist Research: Juame Plensa and Antony Gormley

I've been looking at sculptors to explore 3D form in different practices. Also I was interested to how they have been photographed. Its important to see how the object still has a presence even when presented in the 2D form, especially if I wanted to pursue my practice in this direction.

Juame Plensa- Lighting in his installations are imperative in the presentation of the sculptures. The result of considered lighting position creates new images through shadow.

Antony Gormley- I was drawn to Gormley's work because of his application of line in his sculptures.
